Aline F. Anderson

Aline F. Anderson earned her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in 1965 and her juris doctor degree from the Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis Division, in 1970. Over the coming years, Aline was active in many organizations and held several positions as follows: Former Senior Commissioner of the Marion County Probate Court; Former Vice President and Trust Officer, American Fletcher National Bank and Trust Company with an emphasis on the area of estate analysis; Taught paralegal studies courses at Marion College; Author and Publisher of Indiana Probate Forms for practicing attorneys in the state of Indiana from 1970 to 1995; Author and Publisher of Anderson’s Will and Trust Manual, now retitled Indiana Practitioner’s Series: Anderson’s Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning and Anderson’s Probate Forms from 1995 to 2015; Continual lecturer on Indiana probate, adoptions, estate planning, and guardianships for the Indiana State Bar Association and Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum.

 

Aline is also a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Planning Counsel (ACTEC); member of the American Bar  Association; Indiana State Bar Association; Indianapolis Bar Association; Past President of the Indianapolis Lawyer’s Association; member of the Purdue Alumni Association; Indiana Law School Alumni Association; Sigma Kappa Sorority; Member of the Probate, Real Property, and Trust section of the Indiana State Bar Association; member of the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis and a past president; Past Chairman of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association; Past Publications Committee Chairman of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Probate, Real Property, and Trust Section.

 

Aline began practicing law in Indianapolis in 1970 and recently celebrated a milestone achievement of 50 years in the practice of law. She lives in Zionsville with her husband Chalk and their two yorkies, Wills and Trusty.
 

Jason S. Gray

Indiana University, Robert H. McKinney School of Law, J.D., Cum Laude, 2019

​Jason S. Gray earned his bachelor’s degree from Wabash College in 2008. He then went on to work for the Indiana Department of Revenue, Inheritance Tax Division, as a tax analyst and was the Inheritance Tax Manager for the Marion County Assessor until Inheritance Tax was repealed in 2013.

After formally closing the Inheritance Tax Office with Marion County in 2014, he went on to work for Aline F. Anderson and attended the Indiana University, Robert H. McKinney School of Law with the Evening Division. He continued to work full time for Aline while attending law school.

While in law school, Jason was named to the Dean’s Tutorial Society as a Legal Writing Tutor for the 2016-2017 year. Additionally, he was named to the Order of the Barristers and served as an Associate Justice of Competition Management for the 2017 Staton Moot Court Competition and was a member of the Problem Writing Committee.

Jason earned his J.D. from the Indiana University, Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2019, graduating Cum Laude with a Graduate Certificate in Advocacy Skills.  He is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association. Jason is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis and is active with the Probate Review Committee and Probate, Real Property, Trust Sections of the Indiana State Bar Association, serving as the liaison to the Young Lawyers Section. 

Jason lives in Indianapolis with his beautiful wife, Lydia, their two sons, Harrison and Calvin, and Australian Shepherd, Mabel.
